  Smart Motorola Portable Charger

By Manisha Kanetkar | Monday | 06/11/2006

With mobile phones now doubling as cameras and MP3 players and much more, it can mean a serious battery drain. And there’s nothing more frustrating than a dead battery when you’re trying to make a call.

Enter the Motorola P790 Portable Charger. This compact wireless charger plugs into the mini-USB port on your mobile phone for an instant emergency charge on the go. And yes, it also plugs into the mini-USB on your Bluetooth headset also.

The charger is powered up by plugging into a Motorola handset charger (i.e. no batteries required). But it isn't only restricted to use with Motorola phones, as the mini-USB connection means it can be used with compatible Nokia, BlackBerry, SDA and Q-tech handsets). Handy if you have a Motorola phone and a BlackBerry as well, for example.

Motorola claims the charger provides one to two full battery charges for your handset and more than 10 full Bluetooth headset charges.

RRP $79.95
