The speakers are originally mounted flush in the ceiling, however when activated they drop out at angles of 15, 30 and 45 degrees.
They then rotate to create the right soundstage for the particular home theatre environment.
SpeakerCraft claims TIME speakers – which stands for Theatre In Motion Experience – have multiple presets for enhanced flexibility.
A dedicated remote is supplied with the speakers to adjust angles and rotation and establish presets according to different modes and preferences. These presets can then be sent to any learning remote or control system.
The speakers feature polypropylene, aluminum and Kelvar drivers, including eight-inch woofers and one-inch concentrically mounted dome tweeters.
The speakers are sold individually so they can be ordered for 5.1, 6.1 and 7.1 systems as needed.
