The convenience of a vacuum over a dustpan and broom to suck up dust and dirt is unquestionable – but most people would be reluctant to vacuum shiny wooden floor boards for fear of scratching them. Nilfisk has cottoned onto this problem,with its new Coupé Parquet vacuum cleaner, specifically designed to clean and protect floorboards and tiled surfaces.
The company says the vac features rubber-cushioned wheels and a hard floor nozzle especially suited to polished floorboards or tiled floors and thus prevents scratching. Though it is fine to use with carpets and furnishings as well.
The new vacuum features an 1800-watt motor, HEPA filtration and is compact for easy storage, claims Nilfisk.
