  Work Out At Home

By Caroline Warnes | Thursday | 01/02/2007

If you don’t have the time or the inclination to get to a gym, you now have no excuses not to get fit, thanks to the arrival of the Bowflex home gyms range.

The Bowflex systems are engineered to be space-efficient and allow up to 95 exercises to be performed from the one machine, the manufacturer claims.

Australia will see three of the Bowflex models: the Xtreme 2, the Ultimate 2 and the Xtreme.

The Xtreme 2 is the key product in the range, featuring over 70 exercises, two lat tower adjustable positions, four squat positions and a leg extension attachment. Cable changes are required between exercises to achieve the different positions.

It comes with 95kg of resistance out of the box, and can be upgraded to 140kg or 185kg.

The Xtreme 2 carries a seven-year warranty and a guarantee from the distributor that if you don't see and feel results within six weeks, you'll receive a 100 percent refund less shipping and handling.

The Bowflex range arrives in Australia at the end of the month. More information is available at www.bowflex.com.au
