Samsung’s sleek 752 litre refrigerator is claimed to give users bigger, wider storage and has flip-up shelves that can accommodate tall items such as bottles.

Its CoolSelect Pantry defrosts food without leaving it out overnight or quickly cools a bottle of wine for a party. By offering three separate functions, it makes your fridge space adapt to your lifestyle: fresh (3°C high humidity bin) , chilled (-1°C for meat and poultry storage) and deli (-3°C for small goods storage).

A Silver Nano Health System coats the walls and doors of the refrigerator with silver nano ions making sure 99.9 percent of airborne bacteria is removed from the fridge within 24 hours.

Twin cooling technology comprises two separate evaporators and fans to give independent cooling of the fridge freezer. The 43 percent humidity prevents dry air dehydrating food, odour transfer and offers great energy efficiency, according to Samsung.

CoolTight door mechanisms ensure doors always close tightly to prevent cold air leakage, as does the CoolSafe Lock, which provides a solid seal for both refrigerator doors without hampering refrigerator access, guaranteeing that food is not only kept fresh but improved energy efficiency too.
