Mouse And Pad For Serious Gamers

By Mike Wheeler | Friday | 04/07/2008

Lunar White Razer DeathAdder is the first gaming mouse in Razer’ portfolio developed for the Mac OS X gamer.

Ergonomically designed for a right-handed gamer, the DeathAdder features 1800dpi, 3G infrared sensor technology, which claims to improve speeds by up to 2.25 times faster than a standard 800dpi optical sensor mouse.

Its response time of 1000Hz/1ms, compared to the standard 125Hz/8ms found in a conventional gaming mouse, is said to provide users with better precision during intensive game play.

Five independent Hyperesponse buttons and On-the-Fly Sensitivity drivers enable players to instantly change and adjust mouse sensitivity settings to their game environment. A smooth rubber-coated matte black finish enhances gripping traction while maintaining a dry surface.

Also released by Razer is the Goliathus mousepad, which has also been designed for gaming enthusiasts.
