Microsoft Is Sheer Arrogant Claim Xbox 360 Customers

By David Richards | Monday | 09/07/2007

It is not the fact that their Xbox 360 failed with a "Red ring of death" problem that has upset thousands of Microsoft customers but the way in which Microsoft dealt with them when they attempted to have their gaming consoles fixed.

In hundreds of emails received by Smarthouse the common theme of complaint is the way in which Microsoft dealt with the issue. Even journalists writing on the issue in Australia have been fobbed off and three days after the announcement that Microsoft were setting aside more than A$1.3 billion to fix the Xbox 360 problem no local announcement has been made on the issue in Australia or New Zealand.

Microsoft Corporation won‘t say what went wrong inside of its Xbox 360 video game consoles that could lead to $1 billion in repairs, but bloggers and their online readers seem to have their own answer: Heat stroke.
