According to Nintendo, Virtual Console is a back catalogue of video games that allow gamers of all ages to relive classic games, and allows new players to discover iconic favourites including the original Donkey Kong and Mario Bros.

Easy to access, Virtual Console is available by simply connecting your Wii to the internet. Once connected, from the Wii menu select the Wii Shop Channel and then choose Virtual Console. Download Virtual Console games with a Wii Points Card, or by purchasing Wii Points on your credit card via your Wii.

Classic games from the Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Nintendo 64, SEGA Mega Drive, Turbografx, NeoGeo and now SEGA Master System are all available on Virtual Console.
