Comprising of four tower speakers (designed to match Panasonic's Viera line of TVs), a centre speaker, subwoofer, DVD player, and wireless receiver, the system uses 2.4GHz spread spectrum technology so audio signals can be transmitted wirelessly from the system to a receiver placed at the back of the room.
Also featuring a HDMI input, an automatic speaker set-up function and Panasonic's Viera-link, the system can also play compressed music and video formats such as MP3, MPEG4 as well as JPEGs. The DVD player also offers multi-format playback including DivX.
You can listen to music through the home theatre components by connecting a portable audio player to the music port, or music, photos and movies by connecting a USB device to the USB terminal on the front panel of the main unit, the company says.
