The
Panasonic PT-AE4000E has a ‘Lens Memory' function which memorises up to six different zoom/focus positions and automatically switches between 2.35:1 and 16:9 sources. It also comes with fine-tuning features such as Advanced Gamma Adjustment and a Waveform Monitor that measures the level of brightness and quickly makes adjustments to optimise the projector.
The PT-AE4000E has three HDMI inputs that support Deep Colour and the x.v. colour space of the HDMI 1.3 standard, is compatible with Panasonic's VIERA Link, and provides quick setup and installation as the projector's lens shift capability enables 100 percent vertical adjustment and 40 percent horizontal adjustment.
The lens-centred design and maintenance features such as the replaceable side filter and top lamp, make the projector easy to maintain. In addition, the PT-AE4000E has a low standby power consumption of 0.08W. Other enhancements include a new ‘Red Rich' lamp which adds red luminance and enables and an increased contrast (100,000:1).
