Finally after a 9 month wait, the Digital Products Group has finally confirmed the launch of the Beyonwiz brand in Australia. The first Beyonwiz product is a Rolls Royce PVR with a 200GB hard drive and 2 HD tuners as well as a bucket load of other features.
Called the DP-S1 the new PVR was officially launched at the Harvey Norman Electrical National Conference in Melbourne. The DP-S1 is a world first product that merges several products into one and is housed in a compact 430mm chassis and housing that is designed to merge in with other home entertainment systems in the home.

The DP-S1 has a dual tuner high definition PVR with an onboard 200Gb hard disk drive allowing you to pause, rewind live TV, record 2 High definition channels simultaneously while playing back a pre-recording or network content in HD. It also includes an integrated DVD player that up converts to high definition plus a home Media Centre that streams video, music and photos either via the integrated Ethernet or Wireless LAN from your home computer network, external Hard Drives or even from the internet.
The front panel incorporates stylish touch panel controls and houses Digital still or Video Camera connections (USB2.0, SD, MMC and CF Cards) so you can directly connect your camera to the DP-S1 and view an instant slide show, in the future you will even be able to share these photos with family and friends who own a Beyonwiz product instantly, anywhere in the world.
Digital Products Group will be running demonstrations when the Harvey Norman Expo opens to the Public this Saturday 12th May at the Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre opposite Crown Casino.
The DP-S1 is available "NOW" through Harvey Norman and has an RRP of $1599.
