The new range includes the VAIO TP series ‘Living Room PC', LT Panel PC, and LJ Panel PCs.
Sony Australia's Channel Marketing Manager for Vaio, Jun Yoon said, "In 2007, Australians spent $2.83 billion on high definition products, purchasing over 1.2 million high definition flat panel TVs, and almost 180,000 HD movies. As HD becomes the home entertainment format of choice, Sony has launched the TP, LT and LJ series PCs to link users and HD devices to bring true AV/IT convergence to the home."
TP2 Series PC
The Vaio TP2 PC features an Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 processor, 500GB hard disk drive, Blu-ray Disc Combo Drive, and is HD TV ready via the HDMI connection. The TP2 comes with a matching wireless keyboard with touchpad and remote control for easy control, as well as a bundled HD TV tuner to display HD channels.
