The new IdeaPad Y510 and Y710 notebooks are powered by Intel Centrino processors with the Australian models set to include technologies such as facial recognition, Dolby Home Theatre surround sound and dedicated gaming controls.

The IdeaCentre desktops include features such as data recovery with one key, facial recognition and antibacterial keyboards. The IdeaCentre K200 and Q200 series will be available in Australia.
According to IDC, the worldwide consumer PC market is expected to grow by an average of nearly 10 percent annually through 2011. The consumer market represents over 40 percent of the worldwide PC market today.
