Sony Australia's Channel Marketing Manager, Jun Yoon said, "In 2007, Australians spent $2.83 billion on high definition products, purchasing over 1.2 million high definition flat panel TVs, and almost 180,000 HD movies. As HD becomes the home entertainment format of choice, the TP series has been created as a link between people and HD devices and represents true AV/IT convergence within the home."

"With a 500GB hard drive, the TP2 enables you to easily store and share digital content with friends and family. For homes with multiple PCs, the TP2 is the living room PC hub. It also features the Vaio Living Browser, making it easy to surf the web as a family," added Yoon.
