Tipping the scales at 1.2kg with an internal DVD Burner and battery, as well as a full suite of connectivity options, it is targeted squarely at the mobile professional.

Built using a magnesium alloy chassis engineered to be both light and strong and utilising a number of cutting edge industrial design techniques, the VERSA S9100 achieves an impact resistance rating of 300kgf (300kg per square foot of pressure) for the NEC embossed top cover.

This built in resilience ensures the safety of the LED backlit, and ‘Super Shine View' coated, 12.1" screen.  To keep your data safe and secure, the S9100 uses a Hard Disk ‘Free Fall Sensor' to park the heads of the drive should it detect an impending hit as result of a drop or even excessive vibration.  A fingerprint reader and Trusted Platform Module (TPM) are included to round off the data protection suite.
