  Medion To Offer 10-inch Notebook

By Mike Wheeler | Friday | 29/08/2008

German manufacturer Medion is about to launch a 10-inch netbook, which is planned for a release later this year. This comes at a time when they have had such recent successful launches as the Akoya MD96970 laptop and the Akoya MD8390 PC.

The Akoya Mini E1211 will take on the likes of Dell and Eee in the marketplace, but one sticking point is its price, according to Britain's Tech Digest website. It is estimated it will cost over three hundred pounds, which is quite pricey for its size, but that might be due to it being a true 10-inch mini.

No specs are available at the time of print due to it all being a little hush, hush. Australian pricing is also unavailable.
