According to HP, its three new notebooks (HP Pavilion dv2800 Artist Edition Notebook PC, HP Pavilion dv6800 Special Edition Notebook PC, and HP Pavilion tx2000 Entertainment Notebook PC) will be aimed at young consumers who would want something that will ‘reflect their own unique tastes.'

HP Australia's Product Marketing Director for the Consumer PC group, Tony Ignatavicius said, "Through technology young consumers can express themselves in a myriad of ways – on MySpace profiles, blogs, sharing photos, storing their music – so it makes sense that the notebook they use says something about their own style and personality. The distinctly different designs and colours in our latest notebook product range are another way for young people to express their individual personalities to their peers."
