Days after SHN revealed that up to 70% of the KISS media players sold in Australia had been returned, Cisco the new owners of KISS Technology have said that they are rebating Kiss Distributor Qualifi, nearly $500,000. Michael Henriksen the Managing Director of Qualifi said that he has been contacted by lawyers for Cisco and told that he is set to receive by certified mail a letter confirming that Kiss Technology will rebate Qualifi over 330,000 euro for "dead Kiss stock" he is currently holding in his warehouse. Cisco it appears has done the right thing by not only Qualifi but hundreds of consumers who purchased faulty KISS Technology players from Harvey Norman stores and CEDIA retailers. Last week Graeme Reardon the Regional Director for Linksys in Australia said, "These problems relate to issues and product prior to when Cisco acquired KISS Technology. Having said this we are working closely with Qualifi to resolve a lot of issues associated with KISS product in Australia"
