In a war of words over TiVo Vs Foxtel the CEO of Foxtel Kim Williams has described the new Seven Media TiVo PVR as being “A bit like Mother Hubbard..a PVR that when you look on the inside is pretty bare”. He has also slammed Today Tonight after they revealed out to to get Foxtel services for free.


New PVR Takes On TiVo And Foxtel iQ HD
A new personal video recorder (PVR) that allows users to record both free to air TV and Foxtel in high definition has been launched by the Digital Products Group the maker of the Beyonwiz PVR.


New HD TiVo Offically Launched
Seven Media has officially rolled out a dual tuner HD TiVo in Australia in an effort to take on the Foxtel pay TV subscription service. The new TiVo PVR will be available for a one off fee of $699.
