Q Acoustics' latest light-weight set of speakers is a home cinema set-up in disguise as a basic speaker and subwoofer combination for under $2,000.

Small 5.1 Q Acoustics Speakers Take It Up To The Big Boys Of Sound

Five aluminium satellite speakers with glossy finishes make up the tight soundstage of the Q7000, backed up by a dedicated subwoofer.  The individual speakers hold two 75mm drivers each for the bass and mid-range, with their own 25mm tweeter each.

The subwoofer's 10 inch bass driver evenly distributes the low-end with deceptive power for its small size thanks to its in-built 250 watt amplifier.

Together, these speakers boast a full 5.1 surround sound set up at $1,799. It comes with additional matching floor stands for an extra $279 per pair. These stands come with cable management for the more pristine home entertainment systems. The speaker sets will hit stores this November.
