  New Jabra Bluetooth Speakerphone

By Mendelson Tiu | Tuesday | 21/08/2007

Jabra has released a new Bluetooth speakerphone which the company says is ideal for safe hands free use in the car, office or home.

The SP5050 features a slim-line design, is lightweight (75 grams), and is totally portable, making hands free communication a breeze.

The company claims that the SP5050 is simple to use with no installation necessary with its auto pairing functionality. Its active noise cancellation DSP technology helps eliminate background noises and assures the highest quality sound at all times. The SP5050 is extremely user-friendly and convenient as its simple visor clip makes the unit easy to position no matter where the user may be.

Charging the device is as simple as hooking it up to the supplied in-car charger. For optimum safety, the unit comes with ‘Night Drive Mode' to help reduce distractions while concentrating on the road ahead.

Jabra also promises up to 12 hours talk time and 200 hours standby time and has other features like one-touch answering, ending and rejecting of calls as well as voice dialling, last number redialling and auto off functionality.

Jabra's Regional Director for the Asia-Pacific, Tom Vokovic said, "The SP5050 offers complete freedom for mobile users wanting hands-free capabilities. Its slim-line design means the chances are you will forget it's there and as with all Jabra products the sound is of the highest quality."

RRP: $149
