The building, located at 137 Victoria Road, Drummoyne, is a three-level former furniture shop which also has a history in home entertainment retail.
Formerly registered as Audio Excellence, the store changed hands ten years ago and became Furniture Excellence, specialising in high-end designer homewares.
Audio Connection's move to the suburb will mean the business will be easier to access by shoppers in suburbs including Manly and Mosman along with the eastern suburbs, which typically don't cross the "Parramatta Road border", according to Audio Connection owner, Josef Riediger.
"We want to repeat the market place in our Leichhardt store, to a degree, but with some different and new brands," Riediger told SmartHouse News.
