The XL-DK227NH micro system with iPod terminal features an opening pocket style dock for direct iPod connection to play and charge most iPods including new generation models. It also boasts Video-out for streaming movies and pictures from an iPod with Video capability. On the other hand, the
Sharp XL-UH2080H micro system features a discreetly covered USB terminal for connecting a USB storage device.
Both models feature a CD player with MP3, CD-R/RW and WMA compatibility along with a front audio input for easy connection to other sound equipment. The system has a 32 watt per channel amplifier, combined with the six-mode pre-programmed equalizer, two-way speakers and X-bass system.
The
Sharp XL-DK227NH and XL-UH2080H also feature an AM/FM tuner with 40 station preset memory, 32 track APMS (automatic programmable music selector) for CD and a full function remote control. Extra connectivity options are available through headphones, portable audio-in and subwoofer pre-out terminals.
These compact micro sound systems also have inbuilt clock/alarm/timer/sleep function.
