"Easy Baumann Meyer LCD TV"

By Mendelson Tiu | Published:13/05/2008

A number of LCD TVs in the market come with unnecessary bells and whistles that are hard for non-tech savvy users to utilise. Fortunately, companies like Baumann Meyer understand that and produce TVs with great picture quality but without any complicated setups. We sit down with the DT3220DBP to see how well this 32-incher runs.

Easy is the word to describe the DT3220DBP. There are only five things in the box - the LCD TV, a remote control, two AAA batteries, a mains cable, and an operations manual. The unit sports an all-black colour, which can be a good centrepiece for your living room. The front has a simple look and feel, with the power button located in the middle of the unit and the operation keys (Input Source, Menu, Volume Adjustment, and Channel Selection) located along the right bezel.

Users can find an S-video port, Composite port, and headphone jack on the right side of the unit, while a D-sub, HDMI, and Audio Input (L/R) port is located at the back of the unit. Removing the cover on the left side reveals two Scart jacks, an Optical out port, two sets of Component jacks, an Antennae Input Jack, and DTV ports (Antenna and Loop Out) to obtain digital channels.
