Orion Car Audio has packed the full in-car entertainment and functionality package into its latest electronic vehicular offering with safety in mind, with the Orion AVR6.1.

Orion Offers Ultimate All-In-One In-Car Receiver

The just-released AVR6.1 2-Din Audio Visual Navigation DAB+ receiver packs in most connectivity and entertainment options alongside navigation and safety features.

The all-in-one installation offers DVD and CD playback as well and MP3 and WAV compatibility for audio.

It also features both AM/FM radio and digital radio, as well as USB and SD card ports for media, an auxiliary input for MP3 players and Bluetooth for hands-free media and phone control.

Safety and navigation are also stocked on the large display screen, including a NAVTEQ GPS navigator and support for up to three reversing cameras.

The NAVTEQ system offers three years of map updates that are included free with the unit.

The company believes that the AVR6.1 offers the fastest processor on the market for mounted in-car units.

The Orion AVR6.1 has just been released and retails at $1999.
