Telstra has also introduced Wi-Fi capability and multi device porting of subscriptions on the app - two features that fans have wanted the most, says Executive Director of Telstra Media, J-B Rousselot.
The in-app purchase of a monthly ($14.99) or season pass ($89.99) will give footie fans live video stream of every 2013 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, Finals and 2013 NAB Cup games, on demand full match replays, AFL TV 24 hour channel, Wi-Fi connectivity and multiple device subscription porting so you can use it across tabs, smartphones and other devices.
"But by far the biggest change is the ability for anyone, regardless of their carrier, to access live and exclusive coverage of the 2013 season on their smartphone or tablet."
The 2013 AFL Live Official App with out subscription gives live match radio from a range of stations, match highlights & press conferences, live scores, stats and player positions and detailed match previews and match summaries prepared by the AFL's official journalists, player profiles, ladder, game start reminders.
