|The G610, sporting a fingerprint-masking matte texture and a durable braided cable, is decked out with Cherry MX Blue mechanical switches, along with customisable bright white LED key backlighting and dedicated media controls.|
Logitech states that the switches are rated over 50 million keystrokes, actuating precisely for a reliable gaming experience, with tactile and audible feedback.
Logitech Gaming Software can be used to select and personalise brightness for each key, allowing users to customise their settings, and can also be used to synchronise lighting patterns and effects with other Logitech G gaming gear.
Dedicated media controls can be used to play, pause and mute music and videos, with users able to control their background track without switching out of their game, while the roller can be used to adjust the volume, with users able to skip to the next song via the touch of button.
Users can customise their games with custom button macros on the F1-F12 keys, and can control lighting on individual keys, determining which keys are turned off when turning on Game Mode.
Logitech states that the G610 is expected to be available in Australia from September at a suggested retail price of $209.95.
