Logitech's new Logitech G Prodigy Series family of gaming gear is landing in the Australian market this month.

Logitech G Prodigy Series Landing In Oz This MonthRecently introduced by Logitech, the Prodigy line comprises the G403 Prodigy Gaming Mouse, the G403 Prodigy Wireless Gaming Mouse, the G213 Prodigy RGB Gaming Keyboard and the G231 Prodigy Gaming Headset.

The G403 gaming mouse models "deliver long-lasting comfort, thanks to their lightweight, ergonomic design", decked out with rubber grips on the left and right, designed for added control, with an included 10 g removable weight allowing for the increase of weight if a heavier mouse is preferred.

Logitech states that both models are up to eight times faster than standard mice, with advanced button
tensioning helping keep the left and right buttons primed to click, while "the world's most advanced gaming mouse sensor", the PMW3366, provides "the confidence of quicker responses and more accurate targeting".

The G403 wireless model's 2.4 GHz wireless connection has a 1 ms report rate.

The G213 keyboard, meanwhile, sports "a sleek, spill-resistant design that is comfortable and durable", decked out with an integrated palm rest and adjustable feet, with Logitech stating it "brings together the best in tactile feel and performance with keys built specifically for gamers".

"Each key on the G213 Prodigy is tuned to deliver ultra-quick, responsive feedback that's up to four times faster than standard keyboards," Logitech states. "Plus, its anti-ghosting gaming matrix is tuned for optimal gaming
performance, keeping you in control when you press multiple gaming keys simultaneously."

It features five RGB illumination zones that can be personalised from a spectrum of up to 16.8 million colours, while dedicated media controls provide for control of music with a touch of a button, without having to switch out of a game.

Logitech states that the G231 gaming headset employs 40 mm neodymium drivers, delivering "high-
quality stereo sound", with its slim and light ear-cups covered with a sports performance cloth, designed "for a comfortable, soft touch even after hours of use".

A unidirectional boom mic can be positioned to pick up the user's voice alone, and can be folded back into the headphones when not in use, while in-line audio controls for volume and microphone mute are accessible on the connection cable.
