Toshiba Launches Two New Win 8 Touch Notebooks Via Its Own Website

Toshiba fresh from its success with its premium Kira Ultrabooks has launched two additional notebooks that include Onkyo speakers and big hard drives.

The Satellite S70t which is a Windows 8 based machine is not cheap at  $1,799RRP 

Featuring a 17.3" widescreen HD LED backlit display, this notebook comes with Onkyo Stereo Speakers with Toshiba's Audio Enhancement Software for a rich sound it also has a top end  NVIDIA GeForce? GT 740M 2GB graphics card for gaming and a 10-point touch screen.

Equipped with Toshiba's Hi-Speed Start, 1TB Accelerated HDD and the latest Intel Core i7 processors, Toshiba claims that the the Satellite S70t provides the power and speed you need to fly through presentations, budgeting or video-editing, it also has a backlit keyboard to help guide your fingertips in the dark.

The Satellite M50t is cheaper  at $1,399.
The Satellite M50t is a super-slim lighweight  notebook - with a 15.6" TruBrite HD display. It delivers the full Windows 8 functionality and has a touch screen.

Featuring the 4th Generation Intel Core  i5 ultra-low voltage processor and NVIDA GeForce? GT 740M 2GB graphics, users can can boost  productivity due its ultra-responsive performance, faster boot-up and longer battery life.

The Satellite M50t's 10-point touch display lets you intuitively pinch, zoom and swipe to enhance text and imagery just as you would do on a tablet, while the illuminated tile keyboard guides your fingers in dimmer lighting conditions.

No retailers have been named for these notebooks with Toshiba pointing to their own mytoshiba website for consumers interested in purchasing these models.
