LG 8" 'Pad' Hits JB Hi-Fi Exclusive, $399

LG launches 8.3" tablet - on Android Jelly Bean

LG Australia announced the release G Pad 8.3, available at JB Hi-Fi only for a very competitive $399 RRP.

The all-new Pad 8.3 boasts a Full HD IPS display, quad core Snapdragon 600 Processor Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2. It is WiFi only. 

The LG tab is skinny, with 7.2mm bezel side and has a 4600mAh lithium polymer battery for long-lasting usage time. It weighs the same as a newspaper at 338g. 

It also has some clever functions like  KnockON, which wakes your tablet by just tapping it, and QPair pairs it with an Android smartphone, so you can switch between devices. G Pad 8.3 allows simultaneous use of apps on its Full HD display.

It will be exclusive to JB Hi-Fi for the coming months at least, a company rep told CN.
