"Sophisticated" 2014 Galaxy Note 10.1

Samsung unveils 2014 edition GALAXY Note 10.1

The new edition of Note 10.1 has (2560 X 1600) Super clear LCD display, 8 MP rear camera BSI sensor, Auto Focus Camera with LED Flash,2 Mp  front camera,  3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory (expandable via microSD to 64GB). 

The ultra-thin (7.9mm) Note 2014 ed. comes in two colours, Jet Black or Classic White. 

It also has an improved S Pen is better at multitasking, and runs multiple app windows on the screen (Multi Window)S Pen features include:  Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write and S Finder. 

Wi-Fi Only version is $649, while Wi-Fi and 4G Note 10.1 costs $799. The 4G version has a 2.3GHz quad-core processor. 

You can drag and drop content between windows with S Pen to create Multi Windows, and create a customised menu of shortcuts to specific applications and tools by drawing with the Pen. 

Note 10.1s can also display content in a magazine style format to organise favourite applications and content in a dashboard. 

There's also other cool stuff on the new Note such as Scrapbook, Easy Chart, where hand-drawn visualisations of data can be transformed into formal charts and graphs.

Additionally, freebie content ,is available including: one month free trial with Samsung Music Hub; 8 weeks of free Quickflix movie streaming with; Bonus 50GB storage for 2 years with Dropbox; free 12 month Bloomberg News subscription; The New York Times for Android; Autodesk Sketchbook for GALAXY. 

It also works with Samsung's new smartwatch  GALAXY Gear, which receive notifications of incoming emails and alerts from Note on your wrist. 

Samsung Note 'phablets' are proving extremely popular - Note 3 released recently has already sold 5 million, globally. 

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) will be sold at Samsung Experience Stores Melbourne and Sydney and other retailers.
