Panasonic's 'Biggest & Brightest' Projector Range Released

Panasonic has revamped its projector range with the new line up its largest yet and is proproving versatile to a variety of industries.

Panasonic say the versatile range includes models ideal for businesses, universities and medical institutes. Peter Huljich, Panasonic's Group Manager, believes the vast range has 'incredible potential.'

"We are confident that our range will allow us to meet the growing demand in this country for a varied, solutions-based and innovative projector offering," said Huljich.

"We believe the Panasonic projector division has incredible potential - thanks to our widest ever product offering, as well as our unique ability to seamlessly connect the range of Panasonic business and consumer products and deliver a level of customer support we expect to be best in class."

Following is a breakdown of the new models as per the press release.

Super High Brightness for rental and staging

The incredibly compact PT-DZ21K 3-chip DLP projector features WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) resolution with 20,000 lumens of brightness and delivers reduced running costs by using four newly developed 465W UHM lamps instead of a single lamp to ensure that the projector keeps working even if a lamp should fail. Other models in the range include the PT-DS20K and the PT-DW17K.

High Brightness for universities and conference rooms

The new PT-DZ730 1-chip DLPâ„¢ Projector series offers superior reliability and image quality for use in environments that require higher resolution images. The series is spearheaded by the top-of-the-range PT-DZ770K projector with 7,000 lumens of brightness, Full-HD ready WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) resolution and 2,500:1 contrast ratio. Also joining Panasonic's popular line of dual lamp 1-chip DLP projectors are the PT-DW730E and the PT-DX800E.

Ultra-Portable projector

The lightweight and ultra-portable PT-VW330 projector with 3,000 lumens and WXGA resolution (1280x800) weighs just 3.5 kilograms - ideal for customers looking for a high brightness solution that is portable, eco-friendly and does not require extensive maintenance.

Panasonic's PT-CW230
Ultra Short Throw projector for education

Panasonic Australia's first 1-Chip DLP ultra short throw projector range with 3D functionality is ideal for interactive teaching and meetings. The compact PT-CW230 and PT-CX200 can be used in conjunction with whiteboards, allowing teachers to conduct immersive lessons, and are also perfect for tabletop projection in small meeting rooms.
 
High Brightness Portable projectors

The new PT-VW430 series provides high brightness in a compact body for portable convenience without compromising on image quality. The series comprises the PT-VX500EA with 5,000 lumens as well as the PT-VW430EA with 4,000 lumens and the PT-VW435EA which is Wifi Capable.

Installation projectors for corporate, education and healthcare

The PT-EZ570 projector series includes five new models - the PT-EZ570, PT-EW630, PT-EX600, PT-EW530, and PT-EX500 - ideal for system installation in smaller meeting rooms, training rooms and executive boardrooms.

The new range is available now from more than 150 customers and dealers.
