Officeworks Lands At ANZ Tower

The 1000sqm 'concept' store at 242 Pitt Street will be the largest Officeworks in the CBD area and the third such concept store - there is also one in Sydney's Hunter St and Melbourne's Bourke St, opened this year.

The store is located in the 43 level office tower development at ANZ Tower 161 Castlereagh St.

Store Manager, Amye Tillizki, said the team are extremely excited to be working in this "premium new retail location" which it is targeting businesses and workers in the CBD,

The store will sell technology, office and furniture products but also will have six brand new Kodak photo printing labs and a Print & Copy centre

"We understand the unique needs of Sydney shoppers and businesses; it's all about finding what you need, paying the lowest price and getting back home or to work as quickly as possible," said Tillizki.

Officeworks Pitt Street will celebrate the new opening with a free juice bar for customers from 7 - 9 May next and $5 Print & Copy card giveaways.

The new CBD store is the 11th store opening this financial year. The Westfarmers owned retailer already has nearby stores on 68 Pitt St. and 151 Clarence Street in Sydney CBD.

Officeworks second half sales rose just 0.3% and in March appointed David Haydon as Director of Marketing, Logistics and Store Development.
