The Pure-Fi Anywhere Compact Speakers comes with a rechargeable battery with battery-life indicator; an improved traveling case, and an advanced remote control with one-touch access to shuffle and repeat. The Pure-Fi Anywhere also aims to give iPod owners what they want to complete the portable experience, the company says.

Rechargeable Battery: The Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Speakers claim to have a 10-hour rechargeable battery with a battery-life indicator and comes with a four-stage battery level meter that lets people know when they need to recharge the speakers. In addition, the Pure-Fi Anywhere can also simultaneously play music and recharge the iPod.

Portability: The Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere speakers comes with an improved protective travel case to hold the speakers, a power adapter, and a redesigned remote. The redesigned power adapter detaches and fits snugly into the iPod dock, while its rubberised edges helps ensure that the Pure-Fi Anywhere speaker system will not be scratched.

Enhanced Access: iPod owners can now also access their favorite tunes with ease as the speaker system comes with a wireless remote control that offers direct navigation of iPod menus from a distance of up to 6 metres. The remote also features one-touch access to shuffle and repeat, as well as basic features such as volume, forward, back, play and pause.

Big Sound, Small Size: The Pure-Fi Anywhere portable speakers deliver dynamic full-range sound quality with its dual 51 millimetre Max-X, high-excursion drivers with neodymium magnets. Additionally, the five centimetre pressure drivers maximise bass response and minimise distortion. With the combination of active and pressure drivers, the Pure-Fi Anywhere speakers provide crystal clear highs and a powerful thumping bass.

Pricing and Availability
The Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Compact Speakers for iPod will be available in late October for an RRP of $229.
