Telco Complaints Down: Up At Voda
Telstra recorded six complaints per 10,000 services, down from 6.8 for April and June, while Optus dropped from 7.7 to 7.2.

Complaints on Vodafone almost doubled -  from 3.8 per 10,000 services in the April-June quarter to 6.2 for the three months July to September.

A TIO/Communications Alliance report said the overall July-September reduction was driven by improvements in the number of complaints per SIO for both Telstra and Optus.
