Aspiring DJs Heading To Wow Sight & Sound

By Sarah Falson | Friday | 19/10/2007

Aspiring DJs can now acquire some relatively affordable DJ gear from the Queensland-based Wow Sight & Sound electronics chain which is now exclusively stocking the DJ-Tech range of turntables and accessories.

Ranging in price from $14.95 for an iPod bracket to $1,499 for a high-quality mixer system, the range includes fully-equipped DJ systems, turntables, mixers, speakers, portable PA systems and a variety of accessories.

Products include a PK10.USB mixer system with amplifier and two 240-watt PA speakers; iKIT 101 with twin audio and video iPod, power amplifier and two 250-watt PA speakers; and iDance 10 featuring a combo mixer, twin CD, amplifier with built-in protection, fan and two 250 PA speakers.

"DJ-Tech Professional is an internationally-renowned DJ equipment brand perfect for professional gigs yet affordable enough for use at parties, schools clubs and fetes," said Wow advertising and marketing manager, John Karibalis.

"WOW is thrilled to be the exclusive distributor of the range in Australia."

The range also features new iPod-ready systems, two and three-speed belt-drive turntables, two-speed direct-drive turntables, 50- and 80-watt portable PA systems, USB and iPod compatible mixers and a variety of 'Wow-Wicked' speakers and accessories.

The range has been strategically released in time for Christmas.

"The DJ-Tech Professional range will make the perfect gift for any aspiring DJ," said Wow director of retail, Con Nicolas.

"We're looking forward to improving our reputation as 'the place to go' for superior electronics and DJ equipment at affordable prices."
