Adobe who could be on the winning side in their fight with Apple, has confirmed that 3D Flash files will be a think of the future after announcing a new 3D API.
Adobe whose technology is supported by Google and their Android platform is set to benefit as more than 30 manufacturers get set to announce new Android based Smartphones, tablets and notebooks.
The Company who were recently tongue lashed by Apple CEO Steve Jobs said that 3D Flash files will start appearing later this year and that several developers are embracing the Adobe technology as opposed to HTML 5 which Apple are pushing for.
This will be good news for those who want to access 3D content on sites like YouTube.
Details about the product are limited but it is expected that the new technology will be demonstrated on 27 October, when John Sebastian Marketsmueller will demo the product at the Adobe Max conference.
