Samsung Australia who will give away Monster and Aliens in 3D when they launch their 3D TVs next month is also tipped to give away Shrek in 3D in the second half of the year.Last week Samsung announced the extension of strategic alliance with DreamWorks Animation,which will result in the Korean Company offering exclusive range of Shrek in 3D animation, the three films in the series collecting $ 2 billion at the box office worldwide sites. Shrek, will be available on 3D Samsung Blu-ray devices
In a press release overnight the Company said that Samsung maintained its number one position for four years in the television market and remains devoted to introducing new types of entertainment such as LED full HD 3D TV. “Users worldwide will enjoy watching their favourite content such as Shrek franchise of DreamWorks Animation, “said Boo-Keun Yoon, president of Visual Display Division within Samsung Electronics.”Offering the most complete solutions for a 3D experience, Samsung continues to lead the home entertainment industry by moving attention from 2D to 3D content and creating new experiences for users.”

Samsung will launch the largest range of 3D devices in 2010. 3D TV range includes LED 7000/8000/9000 series, 750 series of LCD TVs and 7000/8000 series plasmas. 3D LED C7000 TVs 46 “and 55? are available this month, the rest of the models waiting to be launched in the coming months. Samsung is bringing the total 3D experience exactly how it was ment to be lived, combining Blu-ray Samsung BD-3D players or Samsung HT-C6900 C6930W, active 3D glasses and Blu-ray 3D movies. The result is a Full HD image with real depth and surprising color clarity, even at home.
