The $99 Xbox 360 subscription pack will consist of 4GB console with Kinect sensor along with a monthly subscription to TV content services, and will set gamers back $15 a month over 2 years, reports The Verge.
However, those that wish to pull out early from the contract will have to cough up a leaving fee.
And it looks like the deal is limited to Microsoft Stores in the US only, and no word as yet whether it will go global.
The Xbox deal is said to be looking to go head to head with rival content services including Apple TV and Sony Playstation.
Microsoft has yet to officially confirm the existance of the service, although sources are indicating it may be unleashed as soon as next week.
Gamers who sign up will also get a two-year warranty for their console.
