Fujitsu PC Australia’s Product Manager, Mr. David Niu said, “As Fujitsu’s first mobile computing companion with Blu-ray capability, the LifeBook N6460 is an exceptional icon that brings you the best in entertainment. This work and play powerhouse brings out the best visuals and offers an extraordinarily large data storage capability to meet and even exceed consumers’ demands today. This sophisticated model is yet another innovation from Fujitsu that will bring excitement to users.”
Blu-ray offers at least five times more storage than DVD, allowing a user to save even more data with ease. Supporting the format of content from major movie studios, Blu-ray also lets you enjoy the latest movies in the comfort of your home or office. The LifeBook N6460 promises remarkable performance with its Intel Centrino processor technology and Intel Core2 Duo Processor with a faster 800MHz font side bus (FSB), the Mobile 965PM and ICH8M chipset with the latest 802.11n support. The unique dedicated 10-key numeric keypad and mega storage of up to 500GB is a value-add for those working with substantial data, the company says.
Additional expansion and connectivity is made possible with the PCMCIA Card Slot, 5x USB 2.0 ports, mini D-SUB 15-pin VGA-out, S-Video Out, HDMI-Video Out, IEEE 1394 and an SD/MS/MS PRO memory card slot.
Pricing and availability
The LifeBook N6460 will be retailing at $5,299 and will feature Fujitsu’s 2-year National Wide Pick Up and Return warranty.
