Acer Australia has said that their new Iconia Android Tablet, which was launched in Australia without the ability to easily configure Outlook or Microsoft Exchange email settings, has been upgraded.
The Company whose product is currently being considered by Telstra said that the upgrade will be available over the air for owners of the device this weekend.

In our recent review of the Acer Iconia tablet we criticised the product because of the omission of the Exchange and Outlook email capability on the basis that the bulk of Acer customers use Windows and Exchange for their email.
The device is thicker and heavier than most tablets, weighing in at 730 grams which is 230g heavier than the new iPad 2; however it is a lot cheaper than a lot of other Android competitors.
Recently a 3G version of the device went on sale in Myer and several other stores.
