Last year Alcatel One Touch now called Alcatel, moved into third place in the local handset market (by volume), and have undertaken a significant amount of local marketing and sponsorship activities to further build awareness.
This activity will increase again in 2016 with the launch of new IDOL 4 and GoPlay ranges.
The Chinese Company that is owned by TCL, is also increasing its engagement with millennials, who management claim is uncompromising in what they expect from brands in their everyday lives.
