Apple are to kick off shipping of Thunderbolt this week, according to MacRumours.

Announced in late July, Apple said the 27 inch display would be available ‘within 60 days’ for AUD$1,199 (inc GST).
Shipping to Apple Stores and resellers kicking off this week, says the report.
The first ever dedicated Mac docking station allows users access its FaceTime camera, high quality audio, and Gigabit Ethernet, FireWire 800, USB 2.0 and Thunderbolt ports – via a single cable.
Described by Apple as the ‘ultimate Mac docking station,’ it is only compatible with the newer models only, however.
