Apple Expands Its Fitness+ Program With New Tailored Workouts

Apple has expanded its Fitness+ program, offering a bunch of new workouts that target previously under-represented groups.

There are now workouts for elderly groups, pregnant women, and beginners.

Yoga and Mindful Cooldown instructor Jonelle Lewis has also joined the program, and there is a new episode of ‘Time To Walk’ featuring none other than aerobics legend Jane Fonda.

Fitness+ subscribers  will notice the new programs added on Monday, April 19.
