Amid growing speculation that Apple CEO Tim Cook plans to take the company into the automotive business, Apple has received its first vehicle-related patent. However the images supplied for US Patent 9,409,599, show not a sleek new car but an articulated bus or truck riding on tank treads instead wheels.The patent awarded this
week is for a “steering device for an articulated vehicle”.
Apple filed for the patent in July last year.
