Philips Sound’s new range of ActionFit sports headphones are available at Australian retailers, encompassing Philips’ Jetkit, Overdrive and Airborn headphones.Sporting different designs, fits and uses, the headphones are each built with Kevlar fibre reinforced cables, with the Jetkit and Overdrive available with or without a built-in microphone.
The Jetkit ultra-lightweight sweat and water resistant headphones sport “a comfortable and secure fit”, with three different earbud sizes designed to prevent slipping out, with Philips stating their “open acoustic design allows users to be aware of their surroundings when out in busy areas”.
The Jetkit come with a carry pouch and are supported by a clip to attach to clothing.
The Overdrive are also sweat resistant and are waterproof, and are also available in three earbud sizes, sporting adjustable ear hooks that securely attach to users’ ears, and are equipped with an active noise isolation feature, with Philips stating they are “ideal for high-intensity workouts”.
Meanwhile, the Airborn’s wireless technology is designed to “give users a feeling of weightlessness during their workout”. The Airborn feature 150 hours standby time, 6 hours talk time and 5.5 hours play time, with the Bluetooth technology allowing users to both listen to music and take incoming calls.
The Jetkit carry a price tag of $29.95 RRP and $39.95 RRP with microphone, the Overdrive $39.95 RRP and $49.95 RRP with microphone, and the Airborn $150 RRP, and are available nationally from Big W, Dick Smith, Harvey Norman and Target.
