Bang & Olufsen has refreshed several of its classic audio products, with the launch of its stylish new ‘Pink Collection’ – encompassing the Beolit17, Beoplay H8i, Beoplay E8 2.0 and Beoplay Charging Pad.
Australian pricing and availability are slated to release soon, with international pricing at the upper end of the mass consumer market.
The company’s audio expansion contrasts its attempt in the local TV market, which failed to garner significant retail traction.
Back in May, the Danish company warned earnings and revenue were likely to dip in 2019, after dropping three-year targets.
The new ‘Pink Collection’ leverages the trend of stylish coloured headphones and speakers, mimicked by the likes of Beats and Sonos.
The range is marketed as offering ‘a hint of glamour and desirability’ to premium audio components.
The Beolit17 is a portable Bluetooth speaker which offers 24 hours of continuous playtime – now available in the stylish pinkish hue.
The Beoplay E8 2.0 comes in a premium leather wireless charging case, for on-the-go charging.
The headphones have an intuitive touch interface with control over music, calls and voice commands.
The Beoplay H8i are wireless, on-ear ANC headphones, with the new pink hue complementing up to 30 hours of playtime.
