If the LED light is turned on with the light cover removed from the ceiling fan, there is a risk of electrical shock or serious harm.
Affected Ceiling Fans [SKUs 212892, 212894, 212895, and 212897] were sold nationally online on the Beacon Lighting website and at Beacon Lighting retail stores between 4 August 2017 and 15 November 2018.
The supplier will contact owners of affected ceiling fans to make arrangements for a qualified tradesman to secure the light cover.
Consumers are advised to NOT remove the light cover from the ceiling fan.
