Belkin have announced a new Thunderbolt 3 dock that adds additional connectivity options to Apple’s latest computers.
The Thunderbolt 3 Express Dock HD features 40 Gbps data transfer rates, support for two 4K displays or one 5K display, and 85 watts of power delivery. Up to five additional Thunderbolt devices can be daisy-chained simultaneously.
Two Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports with 40Gbps transfer speeds are included, along with three USB-A 3.0 ports with 5Gbps transfer speeds and 1.5A charging per port. A DisplayPort, an Audio In/Out port, an Audio Out Port and a Gigabit Ethernet port round out the connectivity options.
An included 170W power adapter also allows the Thunderbolt 3 Express Dock HD to deliver enough power for attached peripherals as well as 85W of power to a computer connected over Thunderbolt 3.
Belkin’s Thunderbolt 3 Express Dock HD is available from the Apple Store online today, before availability in Apple stores early next week.
