The TCL Company, the Chinese communications giant that develops Blackberry phone has unveiled the new Blackberry model phone, the Motion at the GITEX Technology Week in Dubai overnight.
The touchscreen smartphone runs on a Snapdragon processor, with a 5.5-inch full HD display, 4GB RAM, a 4,000mAh battery with QuickCharge 3.0 support and is also waterproof. The Motion camera specs sit at a 12MP (f/2.0 aperture) camera on the rear and 8MP sensor on the front.
Pricing is set to siting around Dh1,699 (AUD$600).
TCL announced that phone will feature familiar app like the Blackberry Hub and BlackBerry Calendar. The Motion will also use the DTEK security software.
What version of Android the Motion will support is still unknown.
Late last week, leaks surfaced surrounding the new Blackberry phone.
The Motion will launch in the UAE later this month, with launch dates to follow in select markets around the world later this year.
